Magnetic chalkboard. Sometimes when you can't find what you are looking for, you have to go and make it yourself. This was the case here when I was looking for a good quality chalkboard/notice board that did't have the poundshop look or quality.
This chalkboard has an ultra thin steel strip behind the front, which enables magnets to stick to the surface. It is made using a high end birch plywood core and a Formica chalk laminate on the front. We rounded the corners and added a colourful chalk tray. The chalkboard sits on a plywood hook to give a good stable writing surface. The board floats off the wall. It comes with a free packet of chalk and 4 nice cube magnets to get you pinning.
